Terms of Service

Welcome to NunAin, a service operated by Nunaintask SL (C/ Gregal 61, Barcelona, Spain). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NunAin website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What NunAin is

NunAin is a family app that turns children's everyday chores into a game. A parent or guardian creates a family account, adds profiles for their children, assigns tasks, validates completed tasks and rewards progress with virtual in-app coins ("ACJ").

2. Who can use it

The account holder must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of any children whose profiles are added. Children use the Service only under the supervision and responsibility of that adult. You are responsible for all activity under your family account.

3. Virtual coins (ACJ)

ACJ are a virtual, in-app feature used to gamify tasks and rewards within a family. ACJ have no monetary value, are not real currency, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside your family account. Any rewards a family sets up are arranged and fulfilled by the parent, not by NunAin.

4. Pricing

NunAin is currently offered free of charge while the product is growing. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice and you will be able to decide whether to continue. We will never start charging you without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no illegal activity, no attempts to breach security or access other families' data, no uploading of harmful or offensive content, and no use that could harm minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You retain ownership of the information you enter; you grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination and deletion

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or the web. Deleting the family account permanently removes the family's data. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. NunAin is a tool to help organise family chores; it is not a substitute for parental judgment and supervision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NunAin will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you. Questions? Contact hello@nunaintask.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Barcelona.

Bienvenido a NunAin, un servicio operado por Nunaintask SL (C/ Gregal 61, Barcelona, España). Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") regulan el uso de la web y las apps móviles de NunAin (el "Servicio"). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses el Servicio.

1. Qué es NunAin

NunAin es una app familiar que convierte las tareas del día a día de los niños en un juego. Un padre, madre o tutor crea una cuenta familiar, añade perfiles para sus hijos, asigna tareas, valida las completadas y recompensa el progreso con monedas virtuales de la app ("ACJ").

2. Quién puede usarlo

El titular de la cuenta debe ser mayor de 18 años y ser el padre, madre o tutor legal de los menores cuyos perfiles se añadan. Los niños usan el Servicio únicamente bajo la supervisión y responsabilidad de ese adulto. Eres responsable de toda la actividad de tu cuenta familiar.

3. Monedas virtuales (ACJ)

Las ACJ son una funcionalidad virtual de la app usada para gamificar tareas y recompensas dentro de una familia. Las ACJ no tienen valor monetario, no son moneda real, no se pueden canjear por dinero ni transferir fuera de tu cuenta familiar. Cualquier recompensa que una familia configure la acuerda y entrega el adulto, no NunAin.

4. Precio

NunAin se ofrece actualmente de forma gratuita mientras el producto está creciendo. Podríamos introducir planes o funciones de pago en el futuro. Si lo hacemos, te avisaremos con antelación y podrás decidir si continúas. Nunca empezaremos a cobrarte sin tu consentimiento explícito.

5. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no hacer un mal uso del Servicio: nada de actividad ilegal, ni intentos de vulnerar la seguridad o acceder a datos de otras familias, ni subir contenido dañino u ofensivo, ni usos que puedan perjudicar a menores. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.

6. Tu cuenta y tu contenido

Eres responsable de mantener seguras tus credenciales. Conservas la titularidad de la información que introduces; nos concedes el permiso limitado necesario para almacenarla y tratarla con el fin de operar el Servicio, según se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad.

7. Baja y eliminación

Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio en cualquier momento y eliminar tu cuenta desde la app (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta) o desde la web. Eliminar la cuenta familiar borra de forma permanente los datos de la familia. Podemos suspender o cerrar el acceso si se incumplen estos Términos o si lo exige la ley.

8. Renuncia de garantías

El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Trabajamos para que sea fiable y seguro, pero no garantizamos que sea ininterrumpido ni esté libre de errores. NunAin es una herramienta para ayudar a organizar las tareas familiares; no sustituye el criterio ni la supervisión de los adultos.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, NunAin no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio.

10. Cambios y contacto

Podemos actualizar estos Términos; publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con una fecha actualizada y, para cambios relevantes, te avisaremos. ¿Dudas? Escribe a hello@nunaintask.com. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España y cualquier disputa se someterá a los juzgados de Barcelona.
